>pretentious
>"its up to you how you want to interpret it" is the height of lack of creativity
>full of padding
>full of sexual expositions that had no bearing at all to the story
>the whole thing leads nowhere and ends abruptly
>claims to be horror, but is just a rambling stream-of-thought-book
Just finished readning this. The layout in theory would've been amazing as a plot device (a text being at the bottom of the page doesn't count as plot device). If not that, then it would've worked pretty great as an ARG. It could've been interactive in many ways but it fumbled the ball and became a "horrror" written as academic literature.

>found footage/document of novels
It executes on the miscarried promise of Infinite Jej in a genre fiction format. Even went as far as to an hero to seal the deal.

It's a fun spooky story. The complex footnotes, unreliable narrator, and narratives within narratives were allusions to the labyrinth. I wouldn't read it again, but it was enjoyable.
