I have come to share my linguistic experiment, relearning the english language but not through this joie-de-vivre interpretation we use today, but through explicit etymological rooting. No longer, i proclaimed, that i would use aweful, awesome, and awe as
awe + -ful
awe + -some
awe
https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/awe
https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/-ful#English
https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/-some#English

words like under-stand are disincentivized to worlds like comprehend.

Its been quite interesting so far, and has drastically changed my perception of english and increased my comprension of the latin language family.

Now, however, comes the biggest test of will of all

I have taken very seriously the 10 commandments since a child, but i was also allowed myself to become indoctrinated by pornography despite doubts of its liscentiousness.

Now, I learn the etymological rooting of the world adulterate, adulterer, adultry.

https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/adultero#Latin

>I commit adultery (with); adulterate, pollute, corrupt, defile.

tell me scholars of /lit/. What do i say to Saint Peter when he brings this up and says that I was adulterating my own character

kek, I thought adultery was just a thing adults did, and it was just LE BAD because adults are LE BAD

wisdom beyond your years lol. Still, i did spend probably 15 or 20 minutes trying to figure out why adult is the word it is, i (likely naively) chalked it up to all the letters with the accents going out of fashion.

Etymology is the technical science of the history of etymos.

Etymos is radical & syncordant formation & formulation of language.

Syncord is concurrence in affinity, symmetry, harmony; aesthetical —visual, ornagrammatical, phonetical— harmony tends toward consisting in universal syncord with functional —etymological, orthogrammatical, semantical— accuracy; this syncord is what facilitates the poetical realization of the transvertible potential of language, and, therefore, is formally also a constitutive part of what makes the best poetry philosophical, and the best philosophy poetical.
