I don't take weight training advice from women. Core strength (e.g. Pilates) and flexibility (e.g. Yoga) advice, sure.

Flexibility is a side effect of yoga, not the purpose. I dated a yoga instructor for awhile and took up yoga because of that, most weeks it seemed like one of the girls taking her class would bring in her big buff boyfriend, it was always entertaining to watch him get his ass kicked by yoga. But yoga kicks everyone's ass at the start, it is isometrics taken to the extreme. Kinda miss yoga but it was too tied up in her for me, something lacking in not having someone to do it with. That year of waking up every morning to spend an hour doing yoga with my yoga gf was a great year, hope to have that again sometime.

True. You should try Pilates. I went to one class a long time ago and I was getting mogged by middle aged women. I couldn't hold most of the contraption-assisted poses. My core had and still has zero strength. I should start working out again.

Yoga will build that core up once you get past the basics. Take a pose like pic related, it is not terribly difficult to get into it once you have the strength but your own breathing is going to push you off balance and you are going to hold that pose for a dozen long slow deep breaths so you have to constantly make minute adjustments to all of your muscles in reaction to your own breath. To hold it for more than a breath takes an insane amount of strength and control over all of your muscles, nothing is left out with that one.

i cannot tolerate the smell of other people, even girls. The very idea of seeing a real vagina or anus is revolting to me. Tits are nice but I always feel jaded by the fact that majority of real tits are dishonestly raised with bras, and once the bra comes off the tits sag to the navel.

I was gonna commend you on your time then I read "Level 4". When you can pull that at Level 10 you'll get the thumbs up from me.
