Once had to endure girl's night out. It was similar to night out with the lads. Topics were about current events, food, catching up overall and streaming service shows. Absolutely this, I changed multiple professions and it's always the case. They only do passably well because men in their departments make up for it. A female only team in any company had constant issues and needed supervision or imploded eventually. While fully male ones develop individuality.

We just made the world good enough through male efficiency we forgot what's the baseline. We also forgot that without that efficiency we're going back.
