I don't like Islam because it's pure bullshit, It claims the Quran is the word of God, and Muhammad is a perfect especimen of human being, these are two utterly bogus claims. Anyone who reads the Quran and has more than two working brain cells (and haven't been brainwashed by the cult of Islam) will know it is written by a human and full of mistakes.
Muhammad was at best a man of it's time, at worst a wicked degenerate.

Even if we lived in an alternate reality where Islam is a peaceful religion, it would still be pure bullshit, and it only survived because of how violent, imposing and intolerant it is

She would have to be both mentally and physically mature and guess what, when the average lifespan is 30 then people tend to mature way quicker in both aspects. That's should cover just about everything. All the above are pretty easy reads and cover history, theology, philosophy, mysticism, ritual and modern portrayals. If you want a Quran translation just go with A. J. Arberry's one. It's by far the best.

There are really interesting criticisms of religion, Nietzsche on Christianity or Deleuze's ethics for example. Liberal moralism is just a waste of time.
