What are books that will help me beat technology addiction? I'm ready to stop wasting my life bros

>> No.22098919

You don't need books for that.
You need to turn your phone on black and white mode.
Delete social media.
Leave the whatsapp group chats.
Delete whatsapp.
That's it. You've done considerable work to end worthless scrolling.

No answer on this website can help you because the answerer is still here, on this website. This means that reading, in general, will not help you. This means that the problem is deeper than mere technological addiction. Addiction isn't the problem. It's the symptom.

Read Rudolf Steiner's stuff. Helps you dive into the spiritual world. That comes with loosening the grip on the material stuff, but you can still live your "normal" day to day life.
