You mean 1900? I'm not sure if there's a 1920 edition that's different. I think by 1920 it had already been finalized.

Also I agree that the KJV is my go-to translation. It has been proof-read and corrected perhaps more than any other text, both before the 1611 was released (in the form of the English Bibles that influenced it) as well as after. Only reason anyone got away from it is because people found Sinaiticus circa 1859 and started trying to correct the received text with it (starting with the English Revised Version of 1881).

In a very technical sense, this is correct, since you only want to be reading the original inspired word of God, and not anything else that has been changed or corrupted later. Fortunately, you can do this by picking up the TR (received text) or a quality TR-based translation such as the KJV. Then you can get to what the apostles and prophets wrote.
