I know alt-right is a liberal term but it best suits what I'm asking for. What are the best books by and/or for Japanese nationalists or books on Japanese imperialism? Preferably with a positive view on said topic. No books written by "historians" or gaijin either. Thanks in advance.

Japanese people are far less racist than Koreans, anon. Japanese are passively racist (they're basically like the average liberal white person in the 90s) whereas Koreans are actively and aggressively racist. There used to be a wikipedia article on how it's basically a "civic religion" but it was rewritten to make it about white people causing Koreans to be racist in Korea. The Japanese ultra nationalist right aren't really worth reading, except maybe Kobayashi and Mishima. They just have sore anuses over losing the war and are obsessed with defending the emperor system and ethno-nationalism, none of which are as traditional as they claim. Ultra nationalists come from the nihonjinron school of thought, the belief that the Japanese nation is ethnically homogenous and exceptional, kind of like American exceptionalism but even dumber. They hate Chinese, Koreans and to a lesser extent Americans, but especially Koreans who they blame for literally every problem and worship Shintoism and the emperor, though not out of religious conviction. They want to modify the constitution to get rid of the pacifism article, give constitutional powers back to the emperor and deport all Koreans. All of which are dumb and stupid, Japan already has an army they just don't call it one, the emperor would probably not rule in their favor since he's an impotent loser and if you get rid of Koreans your only weakening Japan's economy while strengthening Seoul. Japnese ultra nationalists are unwitting schills whose whole ideology would be impossible without American occupation. It was people like Ruth Benedict who helped instigate the whole Japanese exceptionalism bullshit, and she worked for the US military and never even went to Japan.
