My sister just turned 29 and I figure I'll buy her a book. I usually buy her DVD's but I like to encourage reading and she really liked what books I've gotten her before. Aside from the usual crime novel she really liked Paolo Coelho but I already bought her Veronica deciedes to die so this time I'm thinking Murakami.

I really liked After Dark and it's probably short enough since she's a really busy person. Have you guys any other tips?

I am in complete agreement that both crime novels and Coelho is soul severing shit. But since I'm her brother and I love her I want to get her something SHE likes. Now if I could just get her something she likes and that is also high class literature...

I really liked After dark. I thought about it for a few days after i finished reading it.

Anyways, get her One Step 2 forever. Do it.
