>you MUST go outside and visit hot smelly crowded places full of strangers, and dance repetitive loud nigger music all night long, get drunk on that awfully tasting piss-water and have sex with an used up junkie whore in a dirty bathroom, instead of staying home and working on improving your awareness, perception, intelligence, creativity and imagination, because... ummm... BECAUSE YOU JUST HAVE TO, OKAY?!?!?!?!? THAT'S WHAT NORMAL HUMANS DO, BITTER INCEL CHUD

Still glad I experienced sluts, drugs, booze etc as a teenager. Now I don’t have any regrets being hermit neet writer kek.

she’s right, nobody wants to read /lit/ about somebody who got everything right, but make the activities more dangerous if that’s your goal

I just go to anime cons and hope a cute teenager wants to fuck. Those girls are way hornier than any club sluts

Look at those dumb fucks. I'm not like them. I'm a reader. I improve my awareness, perception, intelligence, creativity and imagination. If you aren't a reader, then you obviously listen to nigger music, drink and fuck skanks. Obviously.

You don't do this. Also normal people do not go out to the club nearly as often as you think they do.

many such cases
rest assured, sweaty, you're on par with them, however, they are not as futilely self-reflective from being terminally online to infer that.

I‘ve worked out how to have fun at clubs. The trick is never to plan to go to a club. Swear off them, and only ever go when you absolutely have occasion to, when your friends drag you along and there is the spontaneous excitement of somehow sneaking into a club even though you didn‘t plan for it at all. Yes, this presupposes you have friends but you should only go to clubs if you have them.
You are right about there being much more to life than clubs. A shut-in reader in my view is in a far better place than habitual club-goers. But he would be even better if he gets to a stage in life where he is able to experience what clubs have to offer. Admittedly, I do not think it is much, they are ultimately spiritually sterile experiences. But they will also round you off as a man, give you a closer view of “reality”. And until you have gone through temptation (which may really mean “trial”) and have truly defeated it, there may be a virtue in you that lies unrealised.

your problem is going to straight clubs. gay clubs are way better and unironically less degenerate if you're straight. you always hear about straight chicks going to gay clubs to avoid creeps, but as a straight dude you can also enjoy gay clubs as a refuge from chuds and those white guys who wear fitted yankees hats and jean shorts, whatever they're called. douchebags, i think. the music is generally better too.

To add to this, because I think I’ve been a bit indefinite about what potentially makes clubs worthwhile: they are primarily useful for /lit/izens as a reminder that not everything is about the mind, to realise the importance of the body. We are all part of the same compost heap, etc. They can motivate you to lift weights, they will also give you the humility to recognise just how ordinary you are. They can teach you confidence, how to fit into friend groups, how to own your masculinity and face rejection, maybe even how to access your shadow and the Dionysian, irrational side. All of this doesn’t necessarily happen inside the clubs, although some of it does, but it’s all part of larger social rituals which going to clubs just forms a part, as the kind of testing ground for young men. Yes, it’s all been commercialised and sterilised and probably causes more harm than good but at least part of it has a root in the same impulses which made people join the Dionysian mysteries.
