Because philosophers are mostly lonely people who spend a lot of time thinking and working alone and wading through boredom. Women never have this issue. A lot of men think in henids as well, I actually have no idea what the proportion is like between men and women. I notice it a lot when I get into philosophical arguments with people (usually men) who seem incapable of properly comprehending the concept which lies behind a word, when I make it absolutely clear the concept I am using is not vague or "henidic", yet they still keep referring to it as though it is an abomination of whatever they feel it means + some other conceptual aspect, which might or might not be accurate.

Sexual dimorphism in our species means that organizing society requires a humble recognition of our records as individuals. In purely intellectual fields, women can potentially succeed, but their duty as mothers and homemakers is so important as to be borderline sacred, and we can't waste the fertility of our finest female specimens in vain academic pursuits while IQ continues to be inversely correlated with birth rate for this very reason. It's not that women necessarily can't do it, it's that they absolutely shouldn't. Neglecting the next generation's upbringing by taking mothers seat from the home is the greatest blunder of the modern age.
