Most logical stance is being a pro natalist antinatalist. That way you can have dozens of kids and drill antinatalism into their heads so they'll be able to actualize it as public policy. If you do nothing, low IQ people continue to breed. If you look at Bentars misanthropic argument, it obviously follows some lives are worth more than others.
