/lit/, I need your help, i'm trying to write a poem to this girl really like, I want the poem to show that I really like her, and that we have many things in common, but that I am nervous about her.

Make it specific to her, what does she do or look like or whatever that you're attracted to? Put one of those into your poem
How did you meet? Maybe put that in the poem
First date idea, maybe put that in at the end
And if you're not a great poet, people don't read poetry much anyway, so don't sweat it if you're not writing the fucking Waste Land here.
