There's no market for such books.
Fiction is about wish fulfillment, not navel-gazing.

It is the fulfillment and the fullness of the prophecy made in Genesis 3:15, in God's words to the serpent: "I will put enmity between thee and the woman."

Mary is "the woman." (Cf. "Woman, behold your son," John 19:26.) By preserving Mary from the stain of original sin, incurred by the human race in the Fall, God put enmity between the serpent (Satan) and Mary, so that, just as prophesied, she would have no taint of that original sin brought about through the serpent.

>>["be fruitful and multiply," Genesis 1:28]
In the New Testament, what might be called "fruitful celibacy" may be seen as a fulfillment of the command in Genesis 1:28.

Thus, Jesus and Paul fulfill the command given in Genesis through their fruitful celibacy. They are models and precedents for celibacy as a permanent state, specifically, where it is chosen as a means towards a spiritually fruitful life. Thus Paul literally becomes a spiritual father to the members of the churches he founded:

>“For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel” (1 Cor. 4:15).

Here is a free pdf of a solid work of theology, Priestly Celibacy: Theological Foundations
>https://isidore.co/CalibreLibrary/Selin,%20Gary/Priestly%20Celibacy_%20Theological%20Foundations%20(6949)/Priestly%20Celibacy_%20Theological%20Foundations%20-%20Selin,%20Gary.pdf

Another good book is:

The Courage to be Chaste by Fr. Benedict Groeschel

All of Fr. Groeschel's books are good.

What is it with late 80's/early 90's books that had that lead to that type of binding? I swear, only my ancient books from 1992-93 had shit like that.
