I eat healthy. I lift weights. I unironically read books. I even go to church on occasion. I can go a few weeks, sometimes even a couple months, without it.
However, I always end up going on a day-long binge of machine gun jackhammering my deathgrip bloodshot semi-chub to porn. Any books that will help with this?

Drugs isn’t a bad answer honestly. You want to be authentic? Enjoy being authentic with the other authentic homeless. This world is about making other people shit tons of money.
