Is there any philosopher that talks about telepathic networks between strongly bonded people. Like doing similar actions or having similar thoughts that may or may not initiate contact. Jung comes to mind but I’ve never read that old man.

According to Idries Shah’s presentation of Sufism, certain groups of Sufis have apparently made, preserved, and passed down their own studies of telepathy (the conditions that make it occur, its effect on the being of the disciple/learner and usefulness for communication of spiritual truths deeper than book-learning and verbal conversation), revealed to select disciples who are receptive to it. One Sufi explanation of this phenomenon, recorded in (the possibly pseudonymous) H.B.M. Dervish’s “Journeys With a Sufi Master,” is that, “All people are secretly the same one Person”, which hidden unity sometimes leads to apparently “inexplicable” phenomena like ESP, the aforementioned telepathy, and synchronicities.
