I only read Fire on The Moon. The bits actually about the moon landings are breathless kino. His description of Apollo 11 taking off, the impact of the noise and blast wave is of the greatest bits of descriptive prose I've read.
The bits about Norman Mailer are shit. So shit I've not explored him further.
