Neil G. produced a collection of R.A.Lafferty stories and EVERY SINGLE STORY has a stupid introduction. This is doubly infuriating because it means the book is only about half as big as you think it is.

In fact, IIRC, Gaiman has bought up the rights to Lafferty's stuff. That's why it's so hard to get hold of his stories.
