I recently wrote a novel called "The Man On Edge". It's about a man-made man who's on edge. The story follows his last moments with his daughter before the final edge.
No one wants it.
What should I do with it?

Lots of options:

a) Rewrite it as "Woman On Edge". Send to major publisher. Profit.

b) Keep it in the drawer, write a bestseller, become a household name, offer TMOE to the same publisher who rejected it first time, watch them accept it with alacrity.

c) Use bits of it in another work. Someone who is an unsatisfactory MC in his own novel might make a splendid side character in a different novel.

Revise, rewrite and edit, resubmit. It is not finished until it gets published. Do you have any publishing history? journals and contests and the like? If not it. is nearly impossible to get published, work on short stories to send to journals and contests as you revise, rewrite and edit your novel. Keep at it, took me about 5 years to get my first novel published.
