Why does 4chan /lit/ focus so much on the Anglosphere and remain willingly ignorant of non-Anglo writers at a time when the majority of valuable literature is being produced in non-English-speaking countries?

Cool list, any in particular you recommend?

Did a h*ng*r*n make that list?

Depends entirely on your taste, my friend. Édouard Levé is probably the most stereotypically /lit/ writer on the list.

Care to post any of that valuable literature? That chart can't be it because that's mostly dogshit.

Stop spamming your chart, john smith. Nobody voted on it.

i only read like a 30% of this list and even with that little information i can see they are almost all mediocre, decent (and forgettable), or in the best case scenario, great highlights in a irregular work. . i think one the best is some almost pulp real crime novel like the adversary. the fact that this little book is this high can make a guess of how inane, aseptic and impersonal modern literature is.

The Adversary and most of Annie Aneux are good

this is an english-language forum, anon.
if you wish to discuss the literature of other languages, you are free to do so, but should not be surprised to find yourself a minority on this website
you might be better served on websites designed for the speakers of other languages
