The best way to begin with Nietzsche's philosophy is to start with his most systematically written treatise , the Genealogy of Morals. For genealogy of morals you can refer to Clark and Swensen's translation. People acclaim it is better than even Walter Kaufmann's translation.

After delving into the genealogy you would understand clearly whether Nietzsche is your man or not. After the genealogy you have two options either to go back to Nietzsche's earlier texts or directly to the later ones.

I recommend you should start from his earlier texts.

For example

THE UNTIMELY MEDITATIONSHuman All too Human (Hollingdale’s Translation)The Day Break (Hollingdale’s Translation)The Gay ScienceThe Twilight of the idols (Kaufmann’s Translation)The Antichrist (Kaufmann’s Translation)Lastly, do the most weighty books, Beyond Good and Evil and then his best work:- thus spoke Zarathustra and the posthumously compiled “the Will to Power.”

Also, keep in mind some themes while reading Nietzsche.

Critique of enlightenment and moralityCritique of religion and transcendental philosophyExistentialismLife of a philosopherThe UbermenschBecoming one's own selfIgnore his views on womenHis genealogical and philological methodologyRelish him as a psychologist, philosopher and a poet. What it means by “God is dead” and “this world over the afterworld”Understand through him What it takes to love life.

Avoid introductory books for Nietzsche, read him and engage with him directly. Develop an authentic intercourse.

Good luck, if you will deeply engage with him, your views of life and existence will change fundamentally.

But for that you will have to give him time, don't be in a haste while reading him, go slow, keep revisiting him.
