How do I start with Stirner? Do I need to read Kant and Hegel first?

No, it's very simple, you just call everything you don't like a spook.

Yeah sure if you're shitposting but that's not my (only) goal

You can probably ignore Kant then and just read Hegel's PoS. Also start with the Greeks because Ego and its Own is divided into a Greek section and modern (Hegel) section.

It's surprisingly brief and digestible for what is touted online as a major piece of modern philosophical thought, as a rule anarchist writers share this trait. The biggest challenge I found was in how pompous and egotistical (ha) Stirner comes across but I suspect that is part of why it has struck such a cord with so many people aged 17-25.

You will benefit from a short introduction/refresher on existentialism that includes Hegel but you really don't need any deep knowledge to get at what he's saying, in fact people like >>20866727 are usually led astray because they overthink it.

You need to read Kant in order to read anything post-Kant the same way you need to read Aristotle in order to read anything post-Aristotle
