The construction of the cathedral was very interesting as someone interested in that sort of thing but only in passing. It's been at least five years since I read it and I don't remember much of the characters but I remember a lot about the cathedral.

Guess I'll say a few things about the books...

I bought Lilith's Cave due to Vicky Polin (a victim of Sabbatean-Frankist ritual abuse) mentioning it:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=D5YrZt1LoRg
I've only read one of the fifty stories so far but it seems pretty entertaining and well-edited so far.

I bought Hornung's translation of the Egyptian Book of the Dead because I was told his translation is the best in any language, and I know enough German to read it comfortably. I use it as a reference, after listening to the Budge translation several times:
https://youtu.be/Afj5YwxpZWo

I've been a long-time reader of CJB's blog and video channel, but that book is simply a stream of consciousness without any order to it. I much prefer just listening to him explain his findings in his videos, like this one:
https://odysee.com/@CJBbooks.com:8/Shezmu_720:c

エンマ I simply bought because that glaring eye caught my attention when I was browsing some second-hand manga, and the premise sounds interesting enough.

I'm most excited for the Klosterman, it was such a lucky find. I found SD&C at a goodwill some years ago and fell in love.
