no, none of it is necessary

>> No.20806930

Your subhuman and esl.
But yes, you need to know a bit of Kant, and a bit of Schopenhauer, but not enough to warrant reading the CPR and WaW in their entirety.
Stirner is completely unnecessary.

you understand why nietzsche seethed so much after you read the torture that is kant. it was kant that drove him to insanity, ultimately.

So should we read Kant or not? Or should we jump into Twilight of the Idols immediately?
All I know about Kant is that he thought that lying was bad and was a turboaustist who died a virgin. All I know about Schopenhauer is that he was depressed.

Read Kant and realize Nietzsche is unnecessary.

Stop speaking in 4chan Internet lingo.
You should read a short and concise summary of Kant's idealism and Schopenhauer's will, this should take around a week at most.
Then you can start with Nietzsche, you won't fully get him the first time but you don't need to, don't fall for chart autism telling you to read the entire western canon before you engage with a single book.

It's real inasmuch as it exists.

The ideas of Kant should take you atleast 6-12 months to cognize at even a very simple level. To just cover and move on from it in a week shows you don't even care to care about this stuff.
