Christians claim Jesus was executed for religious reasons and that the title "Jesus Christ" comes from the Greek word "christos" meaning "anointed one."

However, crucifixion was also the standard method of execution for people who committed sexual offenses such as rape or child molestation. It's also possible that the title "Jesus Christ" comes from the Latin word "crostus," meaning "sodomizer."

This theory helps explain several other difficult-to-interpret elements in the Gospels, such as the way Jesus Christ ("Jesus the Sodomizer") moved from place to place with a group of men. If Jesus and his "apostles" (accomplices) were going from community to community and snatching children for sexual purposes, they wouldn't be able to stay in one place for long. It also explains why Jesus was never married: in ancient Judea, marriages were not recognized unless the bride was at least 12 years old, at which point Jesus's interest would have waned.
