Interesting I should see this thread today, because I spent my lunchtime up a tree reading Far from the Madding Crowd by Thomas Hardy. It was not this tree exactly, but it was another tree in the same Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (like a national park but slightly worse) as this photo, and the scene was very similar.

Was very peaceful for the most part, although it took me a while to find a comfortable perching position. I hoped that I would go completely undetected, but a woman walking by noticed me and shouted at me that she liked the spot I'd chosen.

Odyssey is more confusing than the Iliad and filled with lots of random stuff. No final verdict yet. The region is called Sapmi or Lappi depending on local accent. No sun from October to March. Most people go south for most of the year to work; also no niggers outside the cities (they are afraid of the forest).

pic: the red crosses are winter markings so you don't drive the scooter in a rock and not so many people get lost when there is a snow storm.

Alice was great though I think it ended pretty abruptly. It's not anything like Shakespeare that will tell you something about mankind but it is a very pleasing and interesting world that Carroll's created. The last part about the trial was hilarious.

I did take that picture but it was a couple months ago. My camera has a way of taking good pictures for some reason, I'm definitely no photographer.

Yeah, they're form different libraries. I just can't read out in nature. I always get distracted by animals or insects. The insects come regardless, but I guess I'm just quiet, still, camouflaged, and lucky enough to have animals always be near.
I'm not pretending to be Snow White or anything, as it's usually just squirrels, chipmunks, and birds, only once was it a deer. Rabbits are usually close, but never too close
