Homemade Bookshelf Edition

Shit, my brother has the tools to work with wood. That's not a bad idea, thanks anon.

>> No.20770278

how do you do this

I have some experience with woodworking, plus my dad is a contractor/carpenter, so I set aside two of days off from work to make it (in reality I could've done it in a day, but I wanted to take my time). All I did was cut the pieces to the length I wanted, notched out the left and right boards wide enough I could stick the shelves into the gaps, secured with deck screws on the outside, and stained it. All in all, I spent 100 bucks to build it, but I could've saved some dough if I just bought the boards, stain, and screws, because I bought some extra stuff I never ended up using.
