Yo /fit/ I'm going salsa dancing for the first time ever tonight. This is fit related because I need to know how to stay loose, so my body flows smoothly while dancing. I've learned the basic steps to the salsa but not much beyond that. Anyone have experience dancing at clubs with girls?
