Small indie publishers are the way to go.
When i was trying to get my first book (pic related) published i got told "nobody's interested in country bogans doing country bogan things, move to Melbourne if you want to be a real writer" and "we're not interested in straight white male perspectives"
Eventually i found a small indie publisher to take me on. That first book got shortlisted for an award.

In many of my lit classes in my program the prof would do an icebreaker, going around the room and saying our name and what we like to read or our fav novel. I kid you not that every single time this icebreaker was used in any of my classes there was one kid who would say "anything but Shakespeare" and laugh. What are you implying by saying this? That Shakespeare is only popular because of elitism and the racial bias of the canon? But then they turn around and become just as elitist. But, as Harold Bloom has pointed out, there's a reason why we don't study Chaucer to the same degree we study Shakespeare.
I wouldn't be worried. It will undoubtably pass eventually. Theres a reason why the classics exist: because some things are so good that time cannot affect their quality. What do the hoards care about? Crazy Rich Asians? Hamilton? Will we discussing these pieces in 100 years? even 50? Not a chance. The same thing applies for their ideologies, which cannot survive the scrutiny of 100 years. They'll be on the something else in 5 years and people who actually know something about art will still be reading the canon. Don't give up bros.

Somewhat related: I have noticed how /lit/ (and really every right leaning group of westerners) loves Latin, ancient Greek, classics, classical music and theology, but the related academic department for all of these things are among the most radically progged in any given university. Every Latin department is circlejerking over the creation of non-binary Latin standards that some kids made, classics departments are devoted to "'decolonizing and deconstructing" their field, classical professors universally agree that music theory is racist, every theologian under 30 despises "white theology" and has devoted their career to killing it. And this is all influencing their publishing houses of course. You can obviously still get published as a white male author if you're good--and many do every year--but it's been proven over and over again that it's an uphill battle. It's the same thing with Asian students trying to get into top schools: where they need drastically higher grades and test scores to even stand a chance. What I do disagree with is the majority of people published is statistically WHITE MALES. Your data backs up the first conclusion which is widely accepted. So as you can see titles from Penguin Random House from 1/1/19 to 12/31/21 were analyzed. 75% of the authors were white. 23% were BIPOC. Now I know what you're thinking. You're thinking you've won! But that 75% includes both men and women. We're talking about white men here! Ok, so 61% of all authors are women, and 34% of all authors are men at Penguin Random House. Oh geez. Not looking too good for you there bud...Men are in the minority when it comes to published authors...and I've mentioned it before, but I'll mention it again, Penguin Random House is not providing further data on what percentage of whites are women or men or what percentage of BIPOCs are men or women. So we'll use our brains to get an estimate.
Now let's just do the worst case scenario, which is all 34% of those men are white. Ok, so if 75% of authors are white and 34% of them are men...well what's 34% of 75%. Well that's just solving x/75=0.34, which gives x=25.5. So there you have it! Worst guess, 25.5% of published authors are white men. Eeesh that's a minority and it's awfully close to that 11% your NYT article is showing. Oh, did I also mention there was nothing about AGE in this data? How do you think that data will change once we start looking at authors under 35 or even under 30 who are white men? I wonder how much closer that 25.5% will get to 11%...
