The only place I know which actually did anything of the sort is France and maybe New Zealand. No where else banned unvaccinated people from entering, no where else required proof of vaccination for entry, especially not at a fucking library. The only requirements I've ever heard of and known in the U.S. is a mask mandate. That's not a vaccination requirement. Considering you're also referencing a public library, it was not legal to ban patrons based on vaccination status (for a publicly funded institution like a public library). So unless you're French, YOU ARE LYING.
