Now flip the picture upside down, except for the face. You know, with his hair as a beard.

Okay. Does Pynchon have any books that aren't sex all the time? Should I just read it regardless?

Pynchbros, what the fuck did the ending of Vineland mean? Was it trying to say that Prairie was just like Frenesi and Sasha, and she had an unhealthy attraction to masculine authority? Or was it that she was upset that Brock died before she could get resolution for what she was pursuing, and she wanted him to come back so she could finish what was started?

After reading some excerpts I have decided to read Pynchon. He seems pretty thoughtful and at least funny. One of the passages I read was the big paragraph in GR about banana this and that and it made me start laughing halfway through.
