There is nothing to understand. The Earth becomes warmer sometimes and colder sometimes, this has been going on for millions of years, and human "emmision" has no measurable effect on it. I'd be more concerned about all the plastic in the oceans and all the trees being cut. Genetically modified food and microplastics.
