I can honestly only think of one in a literary novel, the unnamed narrator in Norman Rush's "Mating." She is an anthropology student in Africa doing research. And in that, her big tits are often an obstacle because she is thought of as unintelligent and using them as a way to get ahead in her research/academic career. It's a good book though, with some sexy parts. Unfortunately not as many sexy parts as the title would imply tho.
