Howdy, I've been looking for this book for years because it's quite expensive and out of print. I took the time to make a pdf version from scans of the book I found on archive.org. It's a degenerate book written by a career criminal on his ventures in theft and crime that was not able to be reprinted after its secondary paperback run i'm assuming due to "Son of Sam laws", anyways I would like this spread around so more people have access to it that are interested in how this book was published and also the film adaptation "Thief" directed by Michael Mann, which is an excellent movie by the way. .epub files are the proper format for e-readers. They're different from .pdfs in that the format is different in such a way that allows font to be adjusted, the title/author/chapter at the top of every page *not* included, etc. Pdfs are difficult and uncomfortable to read on a Kindle or Kobo.

I ran it through a converter but I can't guarantee it's any good or formatted properly as I am unfamiliar with epub as a file format, forgive me. I just want this book to be made more accessible to people in the future so they don't have to spend hours trying to find it in a viable readable manner or actually contemplate spending $500+ on a copy.

That's a really cool idea and I will look into that for other projects as i've never heard of lulu but have thought about printing physical copies of special kinds of books as ideas.
