Because I'm a depressed 18 (wink) old white person who has no friends and the rage I feel, being an outcast of society, seems to be reflected in many other people who come here. Additionally, I seem to like books for some reason. It began, I think, with a fantasy in my head that if I were to ever get a female in my room they would be very impressed with all these pop classic books lying casually next to my bed that she, being a dumb social media cardi b Megan thee stalion whore, vaguely heard associated with super smart and cultured people. However, this is not the case anymore and I think (I say think because I really am not sure) that I've found something that I come close to enjoying. Reading the words written by dead white men is comforting in this world where I've been raised to detest myself and write essays critiquing whiteness in high school. I also like to call people who blatantly misunderstand Nietzsche niggers.

Desperation that draws me to wish for the mathematically insignificant possibility that someone will recommend to me a book that contains the solutions to all my problems. Also, since philosophy is largely dialectic: by vocalizing positions I am on the fence on or believe but don't want to believe, someone smarter than me will argue convincingly in the opposition: unfortunately anyone who is smart enough doesn't seem to be interested in my (hopefully fallacious) statements. Instead I see a lot of schizo replies that have no resemblance to the actual point I made, or lofty projection - no one actually poses a logical counterargument, one by one countering my propositions.
