The Sacred and the Profane, The Myth of the Eternal Return, and Shamanism: Archaic techniques of Ecstasy are his three most well known works, and any of them are a good start. I'd also add his three volume History of Religious Ideas, which I love.

His book Yoga: Freedom and Immortality is also a great read if you want to know what actual yoga is about.
