Kinda sorta? Just read the gospels with them. I was a virulent atheist and a hyper rationalist who bought into the woke mob mentality and so I know all their tricks. I probably have indirectly led people from here to Christ

It always has to be very specific to each person's situation. Every person has a different thing blocking their way to Christ - and most of the time, people just aren't willing to give it up.

Only people who actually want Christ can be led to Christ.

No and I wouldn't say anyone does. God may use others to reach someone though (of course this is while the Holy Spirit is calling them home).

That said it is always wonderful to see others come to Christ and it is nice to get to encourage others when it comes to it. But what's more is seeing God work.
My wife was saved about a year ago. Previously (before we dated) she had been a jehovahs witness. And it has been astounding and truly beautiful to see the change in her from where she was to now. To see her no longer depressed, joyful about life, and her eyes being open when reading the Bible and discovering the love and grace that is available to her, that she had been told was only for a select few. it is something I can't quite find the words for.
