Suggest me some revolution organization, planning and execution guides. Written by successful revolutionaries if possible.

You won't find one written by successful revolutionaries because their successes were for the most part boiled down to luck and the historical circumstances which are now very very different.

Revolution is not guaranteed. It is a gamble. But the stakes, of course, are worth playing.

>> No.2050351

I think being a successful revolutionary is really just about having good intellect, good political instincts and enough like minded people. I don't think there's any real guideline or blueprint that will help you if you don't have those things and if you do have those things you probably don't need a guideline or blueprint. Also depends largely on times and circumstances, obviously you could do everything the Bolsheviks done in their time and fail totally in your own.

“The force of an insurrection is social, not military. Generalised rebellion is not measured by the armed clash but by the extent to which the economy is paralysed, the places of production and distribution taken over, the free giving that burns all calculation . . .”

"We do not assume that our world is inevitably heading towards a liberatory transformation of social relations. Misery, work, starvation, slavery, war & ecological degradation are present on a scale never before seen. Why would we think we could have any effect upon this state of affairs? How could we believe that we can change the ever-accelerating rush towards a bleak future of greater social control & ecological collapse?
Because we are unwilling to lie down & eat shit while we are around."

On Guerrilla Warfare by Mao
The Green Book (Irish Republican training manual)

I'm not a huge fan of their ideologies, really, but they are informative. That being said, revolutions aren't made by reading books. They're made by doing shit. Reading can be helpful and provide the fundamentals, but most "revolutionaries" are paralyzed by inaction.

Most revolts start out spontaneously, out of a reaction to a grievance that has happened way to often, i.e. whole cities burn because of excess of police brutality comes to light, more austerity cuts, etc.
It almost takes everyone by surprise, including "revolutionaries". In fact, ESPECIALLY revolutionaries.

Stalin's economic reforms began to stagnate since the Soviet premiers that succeeded him were terrible at handling the Russian economy. Kruschev got it half right with his concentration on an agricultural base that could sustain a better diet for the people, but then he went full retard and decided to plant farms in places where the soil was next to useless and everything fell over again.

It didn't. Khrushchevs observation on quantitative versus qualitative growth was correct. Qualitative was impossible while repressing the working class. By the early 1960s macroeconomic growth had stalled.
