Has anybody ever critically studied the economic effects of too many women in the workforce? I'm personally fascinated by this specific problem. I feel it can explain a lot of issues that we see today; and I also feel that such considerations are especially important now that governments around the world are essentially subsidising female participation in the workplace whilst also disincentivising marriage.

Damn. I remember somebody comparing a young Engels to him on here before too. Crazy that they all look the same.

Because I'm requesting a book, you dip. Economics gets discussed all the time here so I don't see the problem with my specific query.

No, for a number of reasons not least of which "sociology" has standards so lax it no longer counts as a science.
