Just open up your word document of choice whether it be open office, libreoffice (open office but better) or microsoft word (why would you use this if libre office exists?) and start typing. If you aren't a discovery writer then look up three act structure and how to outline your story.

I should mention that I already wire every single day. I’ve come up various characters, themes, plots, story arcs, antagonists, backstory, lore, ending, etc. I just need to actually put these ideas into actual words. The problem is that I’m not great at actually writing out stories, especially dialogue between characters. I’m better at writing poems and college essays, as well as world building and coming up with the outline of stories, but I struggle to actually write it all out. Should I consider hiring a ghost writer?

you'll only improve on the narrative aspect if you practice. you should start putting things into words, try short stories. don't think about a ghost writer, just start writing. you'll improve

something like that can't hurt, if it's available to you then yeah go for it. it'd be a good way to get feedback and maybe get yourself into a writing group
