when the commodification of everything we know, love, and want is suspicious!

marx obviously had these people living rent free in his head, but without a doubt the theory of commodities as we know it and how capitalism arose is singlehandedly some of the most legitimate out there

The man was 95% right about everything he said, and 150 years later midwits are still desperately scrambling to deny it. Cope, seethe, dilate, etc.

This. Anons are posting from their parents house with no chance of moving out but hate Marx because they hate some of his followers

Wealth inequality is a huge issue in America. The middle class is dying. Save us Marx!

>people should live at the mercy of the bureaucratic class
This alone is such a monstrosity that communism can be ignored. No matter the system, the bureaucrats are not the direction callers. They record and operate like machines.

We're more than machinery, so we should have a fate beyond old tools.

Agreed. Most people whining about Marx have never read him and don't have the faintest understanding of his actual work. Capital centralizes in a free market which leads to disproportional power imbalances which particularly manifest in the labor/capital relationship. If you have no means of meeting your cost of living other than selling your labor, you will never be capable of selling it for it's real value, since the buyers of labor know you have no choice but to sell it. Couple this with the increase competition from overseas labor and immigrant labor, and the factors that have led to revolution in the past are increasingly present now.

Great thread, now fuck off.
