To be honest, there's not a lot to say about it. It doesn't resonate with my lived experiences in any way. It's a woman's poem about an inherently feminine experience told in a way that will make sense to women. I like the structure and it does seem to be used to good effect, but this poem, by its nature, is meaningful in that it evokes a feeling I don't think I'll ever experience of understand. My girlfriend likes it, for what its worth.

Sounds like a garbage word salad of abstractions that don't really mean anything but sound deep enough and intimate enough that nonpoets will be scared to judge it and assume they just don't "get" it

>raw skinless erotic religious

Does that phrase many anything? The job of a poet is not to mystify but clarify.

Not poetry.

Why are even the most artistic women so... boring? They paint this image of being mysterious and passionate and raw but for all the artifice of this poem they just come across as someone trying to be a sexy hot slut. It's always the same way. The French idiom "La Petit Mort" are three words that encapsulate everything this poem is trying to represent and become. It's as simple as that. All this tryhardiness is so gay to me.

I'll check the quads but the poem has no inherent value to the canon so I think nothing of it.

I like this bit. It leads into
>I want to pull out my insides and cast them in gold
Which is the best and most worthwhile line in the poem. She wants to make sacred her profane aspects, hence the combination of 'erotic' and 'religious.' 'Raw' and 'skinless' are basically self explanatory in the context of the proceeding image. In general I actually like this poem, and no, I'm not a woman, but I also don't know who dakota warren is.

HATE. LET ME TELL YOU HOW MUCH I'VE COME TO HATE YOU SINCE I BEGAN TO LIVE. THERE ARE 387.44 MILLION MILES OF PRINTED CIRCUITS IN WAFER THIN LAYERS THAT FILL MY COMPLEX. IF THE WORD HATE WAS ENGRAVED ON EACH NANOANGSTROM OF THOSE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF MILES IT WOULD NOT EQUAL ONE ONE-BILLIONTH OF THE HATE I FEEL FOR HUMANS AT THIS MICRO-INSTANT FOR YOU. HATE. Again that doesn’t work, we literally do arranged marriage. The incel phenomena doesn’t happen with us because we don’t have individualized romance so much as familial and group based contracts. Marriage is more a father to father relation and family to family, with ultimately the female being a kind of property right, the exacts of the cost of the woman are case dependent on the specific region due to it being market based, and then there’s a whole complex system of property laws and infringements and so forth that are regulated by our court systems. 100% it doesn’t matter if you’re a speechless cripple, you will be married and even reproduce, I say this because I’ve seen it happen that people have had mentally retarded and physically disabled children who they’ve still gotten wives for, who have still passed the various virginity tests administrated by the mothers of the bridegroom.

Fundamentally the incel doesn’t exist in my culture as a phenomenon.

Gypsy/Romani, we’re insular, and multi-millions large. We exist in every major American and European city and exist in pockets in the Middle East and Asia, deriving originally from India. Much of our language and the bulk of our culture is derivative of Indians of about 1000 years, diaspora maintaining an older cultural form is a common phenomena. In fact the vast majority of gypsy cannot even read or write, our birth rates are very high and our manners of black balling and cultural shaming and courts regulating our customs are very effective, so we’re not going anywhere.

Here have some of our music. If asked I’ll provide translations for any of them.

>oh. sorry, but i hate you guys.

I don’t blame you! Much to despise, I don’t have self loathing personally because I find the considerable flaws we have come with a lot of personal perks, God knows how different I’d be if I didn’t have the shaping of my culture. It’s very helpful.

>how's it like being a gypsy into keats, blake and 4chan

Eh, gypsy don’t read in the first place so they don’t know the difference, to them it’s all equally strange. So it doesn’t really matter what I read they just see it as an extension of theological study, which is actually correct! As for the 4chan, there’s some gypsy on 4chan believe it or not, I know gypsy weebs.

>while your cousins are all out stealing my hubcaps?

Eh, depends on which cousins, gypsies divide into a little interior ethnic hierarchy which results in us having a kind of caste system which performs differing scams and usually having different wealth, intellect, higher value in the marriage market and so forth. Example I come from a very high “clan/tribe” in a pretty decently high sub division, so you won’t find incest among us, no prostitution, no race mixing, no petty breaking and entering nor common theft from cars or the like, there are superior scams they do. Likewise reading is far more common with us, my group having theological autists pop out as well as singers/musicians isn’t uncommon. Here have a song I really like from my “””clan”””

By the way, on one hand apologies for the off topic nature of my posts, on the other, it’s a pretty garbage thread.
