HA is pretty much the same but with an even shorter attention span and zero plot besides watching "Mike" lose his mind over time. It's all 3 to 5 pages of the same kind of vignettes but no cool "surfer/hacker nazi" overlay like in GV. It is funnier though.

Bronze Age Mindset is a good book. It delivers.

This book disappointed me, and left me feeling the author might severely lack self awareness.

I hope his sequel Gothic Violence is good, because if not, I'm not reading anything of his again.

Im not sure I really understand why this wriitng style is so popular.
I saw a lot of frog twitter talking about GA and the synopsis sounded like a interesting idea, gothic surfer anarchists taking over Florida ect..
But then you start the book and its just random 4-5 page rants with nothing coherent other than Ma's obsession with raw milk, which I dont disagree with, but Mike you really don't need to bring it up every 3 pages.
