I've been thinking this a lot lately, mostly at work or when I'm stressed. I'll go through the motions and just think "I don't exist" to myself.

Yes, each day you are a different person, with different thoughts/emotions, different atoms, in a state of constant flux, until you die and your physical body disappears completely. This is the same for all things in this realm, nothing actually exists in any absolute sense. "You" are nothing but an aggregate of illusive identities based on other illusions (what "things" you identify with, passions/desires, etc., basically "spooks"). All there really is is an experience. Now I am not even seeing a point to writing this, or doing anything, except for the experience I suppose. And to satiate my dying personality, as it lashes out trying to identify itself with nothing. Also to mull over my own thoughts, which are probably connected to that last point to an extent.

And yes, when you realise the unreality of yourself, things like stress tend to disappear. It doesn't matter. Go do your thing. Ask a girl out, I never did that for nearly 30 years. Go somewhere and strike up a conversation with a stranger. Quit your gay job and start a business for self-sufficiency. I think true meaning comes from the ability to control your destiny, thereby experiencing whatever you like, which implies liberation of course, and great strength. The vulgar personality only gets in the way of these things.
