It’s time to put on my big boy pants.
Give me a good book that shows me an introduction to philosophy that makes me a smart boy.
(I doubt there is a book that covers such a wide idea so a selection of books is fine aswell)

Look at the wiki and search for the PhilosophyProject pdf.
In there should be a few good recommendations.
I personally chose “A new History of western Philosophy” it’s around 1000 pages and seems to be a pretty solid overview.

Might be worth seeing if you can find a book list for some university intro philosophy class, probably lots of broad, newcomer friendly books in those

Spinoza is pretty easy but I recommend getting an intro to philosophy textbook

Just keep browsing Wikipedia articles about philosophers until you come to the conclusion that you must start with the greek. Then you'll buy Plato's complete works without anybody telling you to do so.

"philosophy" is a very wide term. Start by looking up a definition of the various subfields like ethics, metaphysics, etc.

Find which of these subfields interests you the most. Then read what the greeks had to say about that. Then, read what else that greek had to say. Then, read or listen to a secondary source talking about that thing. Then, develop along the line of subfield and see what more modern thinkers had to say, or hang around the greeks and seek what else they had to say.
