I would recomment Robin Hobb's Trilogies (do not start with the Liveship Traders).

Aside from that? Honestly, I think women have done more in STEM that literature. Given just how central symmetry is to modern physics, there is a quite good argument to be made that Noether deserves a spot alongside Bohr and Einstein. A woman also proved von Neumann's proof locking Copenhagen in as QM's dominant paradigm wrong decades before Bell and could have saved quantum foundations decades of heartache and incoherence if people had paid attention to women more.
