There is a certain class of philosophical views that don't lend themselves to being shared.

Solipsism, obviously.

Selfish, short term pleasure-based hedonism. Teaching and write books doesn't serve that purpose.

A true pessimist won't bother to tell you about his worldview either.

Can you think of any more examples? What if the solution to all philosophy is in this class and what if philosophy was solved many times over? Any books on that? Any clever jokes I totally can't see coming?
