Fi vs Fe is generally distinguishable. Fe values the tribe to the degree that it overpowers personal values most of the time. Fi is more passionate about feelings of 'good' and 'bad.' Can get muddied depending on enneagram though. Ni vs Ne is more obvious. Your intuition is either clear and focussed or expansive and disjointed.

Well there has to be a difference in strength and frequency. Just read more about the functions, Jung's original descriptions are good. You could be an INTJ and have both Ni and Fi, would make more sense with enneagram 5.
