Books on how to deal with depression?

I really don't know what to do at this point. I probably have what is called functional depression (can perform tasks and interact with people, but simultaneously dying inside) which started some years ago. Are there any books which can teach me how to deal with this shit? I think if I can't handle this reasonably in the near future, I will eventually end it. I want to avoid this because my parents and sibling couldn't handle it. I really got my shit together in the last years, so here are some facts before you have to make assumptions:

> 23yo khv male (if that matters)
> fixed sleep, diet and exercise
> have job and finish a CS degree this summer
> moved out from my parents home
> quit gaming and porn
> no social life because turboautist (but I like being alone)

I know it doesn't help that I read guys like pic-related, but they are the only ones I can relate to. I see everything as pointless and life in general seems pretty miserable to me. But I have to go trough it as long as my closer family lives.
