I'll admit, it's difficult for me to read about delusional-disorders within the last few years. I avoid doctors and anyone in modern mental-health discussion. That's a fast way to be ousted among other people or cast out.

If I were completely honest and explained my mental health to a professional, I'd probably be diagnosed as schizoid, or worse, they'd commit me. I don't hallucinate or experience psychotic episodes. I definitely know there's something wrong with my perceptual ability or thought-process; it could be my sense-of-self or brain damage. Just for a few examples

>Uncertainties about body-ownership/body schema
>Free will and determinism
>Causality
I avoid these subjects sometimes, but I always circle back to them obsessively too. I don't think I've reached many conclusions and stuck to them though. Facts don't seem to change the beliefs or the fears

I have the same sentiment but I have a girlfriend. Sometimes I really wish I was alone. I can’t sleep on the same bed with people and she thinks i’m so weird for that.
